Remember when drafting the parenting plan both mother and father will follow, one must consider all future plans that may be foreseen and unforeseen.  In other words, make sure to be precise because this will be the agreement each party will refer to and use until the child(ren) reach the age of maturity unless it is modified.  Modification can be very expensive and time consuming. In many instances, the court does not want to hear modification cases unless there has been a substantial change in circumstances.
